The 2010 competition takes place on the 7th August at the Antigua & Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute.  MangoFest 2010 takes place on the 14th & 15th August at Christian Valley, Antigua

The event encompasses a wide variety of activities with stalls selling mangoes and fruit trees, food and drink vendors. There are childrens games and competitions, hikes that follow old Maroon trails, a fruit-processing competition for products made with mangoes, an amazing mango-eating competition, a mango and shack-shack version of the egg and spoon race, and a separately organized culinary competition for professional chefs and bartenders called Mango Pineapple Menu Competition

This entire episode is devoted to the Antigua & Barbuda Mango Festival. MangoFest in Antigua has been running since 2006. It is an established annual event, second only to Carnival as a major public celebration, and the story of its success has spread to other Caribbean islands
